The creation of Nami (Wave) is driven by a deep appreciation and fascination for the Japanese culture and aesthetics. With tremendous respect to the traditional Japanese cuisine we experiment and create fusion dishes that include locally sourced ingredients. Our aim is to offer a unique dining experience and at the same time introduce our customers to the elegance and beauty of the Japanese cuisine.

This knowledge is the foundation upon which NAMI was built. Traditional and yet modern and creative, utilising local ingredients aiming to address a wider westernised audience following specialised food trends.
